Tea Time Tuesday at Tollgate

In 2008, we went to England and Wales. We left Wales and was going across the M4 highway, we turned toward Bath  on A46 and lo and behold their was a tearoom on the right hand side.
 We were too early, it wasn't open and advice to anyone in the same predicament. Go into Bath, guaranteed to get lost and you will be on time. Bath is out of this world. In fact it was almost closing time when we got back there. The view was amazing, the tea was great, we didn't take a lot of pictures because it was almost closing time and didn't want to waste time, so copied off their site.

The two top pictures are off their website, a little blurry, below is mine and table cloths are the same from way back then. The china was the blue and white as shown in the picture below. Frank looks angry - isn't -telling me to stop taking his picture and let him take mine. I have a thing about pictures of me. I was too excited at the time to sit still. I was in a real live English Tea Room...

Below from their website Welcome to Tollgate Teashop Situated on the A46, three miles south of junction 18 on the M4, and six miles north of Bath, Tollgate Teashop is in an elevated position with panoramic views across Bristol, the Severn and to the Welsh Hills. The listed building was an old Turnpike. Tollgate Teashop is a 'Miss Marple' style cafe/restaurant with background classical music creating a peaceful oasis.
