Welcome to my tea for the week before Easter . Yesterday was Palm Sunday and my birthday. It was a great day started with church and then lots of cakes. Great for a diet...
todays been quiet, but tomorrow we go to see the Toronto Maple Leafs play the Florida Panthers, so will be another good day.
Celebrating my tea with a new cup and saucer and matching teapot, cheap with no markings buts- oh so pretty.
The cream and sugar is Royal Winton, small plate with the birthday cake is Wedgewood. Roosters are looking a little excited, just silver plate, have had them for years. Using my server in the kitchen again this week, only I have it opened.
A little Easter bunnie getting excited for the weekend.
The two are fighting over the eggs...
My tea today is a green tea. As you can see the weather is a little better out their, snow is to come again, but sure cant leave fast enough.
My Easter eggs that the four boys and their grandmothers can't stay out of. Have my son getting married in four weeks and need to lose– lose...
Thank you for joining me for tea this week, sun was shining today and makes you feel so good..
Have a Happy Easter friends, and God bless...

HAPPY BIRTHDAY - hope you had a great day! So many lovely teatime pieces - pretty teapot!
ReplyDeleteWow - so much news! Happy belated birthday and best of wishes to your son and future bride! Your tea set is so pretty and the cake certainly looks yummy! I, too, keep candy around for the grandchildren (well, maybe, for them - lol!!). That cute smile on your bunny made me smile back! Happy Easter!
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday and certainly a great time of year for your day! The sweet tea setting is so cute with the roosters and Easter eggs. Your Royal Worcester creamer and sugar looked familiar to one I have and then I remembered I used it my St. Patrick's Day post. My son is a Sports Anchor for NBC in Lubbock and covers Texas Tech but is true to Univ of Texas. So, sports is big in our family! Hope you enjoy the game!
