I was trying to decide on which teapot to use, have a lot of red transferware, but sold all the cups and saucers, because they were so marked. So I used the yellow with the gold to match or go with the cups n' saucers.
this is a tole tray, was actually tv trays and I took it apart. Works great
another new Royal Albert cup n saucer, gold and white, very dainty
it has a pretty design in the cup and saucer
love this tea, especially the smell
this other cup n saucer is one my grandmother gave me before I was married, 42 years ago.
no markings on it.
one of my new books-High Tea
used this pretty bowl for my grapes
another rose from my garden, notice I don't show the leaves,
wonder why?any hints on what to do to get rid of the slugs??
thank you for joining me for tea today, the tea seemed a little sluggish, not enough roses I think.

We got some of the rain from Hurricane Isaac, just enough none of the wind. I love sitting outside listening to the rain - what could be more perfect than to set a lovely tea for yourself. I do appreciate you sharing with A Return to Loveliness,
